Dr. Madhu Prabakaran is a versatile scholar with 26 years of extensive experience spanning teaching, research, training, and management. His academic journey traverses diverse fields such as English Literature, Social Sciences, Social Philosophy, Social Work, Human Resource Management, Government Management, Social Development, Anthropology, Ecological Conservation, Education, and Spiritual Studies. His proficiency is evident through published papers across these domains. His belief in the disciplinary and transdisciplinary nature of social sciences, linked by methodology, underlines his passion for Liberal Arts.
An alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and the University of Calicut, Dr. Prabakaran pursued his Ph.D. at Mahatma Gandhi University. He contributed significantly to government projects in agriculture entrepreneurship, local administration, forest conservation, and urban development in roles ranging from project manager to consultant. His professional journey includes tenures at the Kerala Institute of Local Administration, Mahatma Gandhi University, Amity University, and the School of Communication and Management Studies, holding senior positions. Before joining IMS Unison, he served as the Academic Dean at Lorven St. Xavier's College in Bangalore.
