Adieu 2025: Grand Farewell to our students

IMS Unison University bid an emotional and celebratory farewell to its outgoing batch at Adieu 2025, held on 13-14 May, 2025, at Vedanta Hall, DIT. The event began with a ceremonial lamp lighting by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. Anil SubbaRao Paila and senior faculty members, setting the tone for a heartfelt celebration. In his address, the Vice Chancellor applauded the students’ academic and personal growth, emphasizing the university’s commitment to holistic development. The day was filled with captivating dance and musical performances, interactive games, and a nostalgic flashback video.

The highlight of the evening, a glamorous Ramp Walk, saw students walk the stage in their farewell best, cheered on by their peers. Special titles like Mr. & Ms. Farewell and Mr. Versatile & Ms. Charming were awarded, adding excitement to the event. The program concluded with warm wishes and a vote of thanks, making Adieu 2025 a fitting send-off to a remarkable cohort.

Ethnic Day 2025

Ethnic Day at IMS Unison University is a vibrant celebration of India’s cultural diversity, organized by the Sanskriti Cultural Club. Students, faculty, and staff participate by wearing traditional attire from various regions, with activities including folk performances, poetry, regional food stalls, and a ramp walk showcasing ethnic wear. Awards for best-dressed participants and cultural showcases make it a colorful and inclusive event that highlights the university's diverse community.

Lamhe 2025

Lamhe, the annual cultural fest of IMS Unison University, is a dynamic celebration of creativity, talent, and collaboration. Held over three vibrant days, the fest brings together students from across the country to participate in a diverse array of events including dance, music, fashion, gaming, business competitions, film screenings, and legal debates. With electrifying performances by artists such as DJ Carnivore, Salman–Zaman, and Salim–Sulaiman, Lamhe showcases the university's commitment to fostering artistic expression and cultural exchange. Guided by the theme "Connect. Create. Celebrate.", the festival transforms the campus into a hub of energy, innovation, and camaraderie, making it one of the most anticipated events of the academic year.

Sportathlon 2025: A Celebration of Spirit, Strength, and Sportsmanship

IMS Unison University’s flagship sports extravaganza, Sportathlon 2025, unfolded with high energy and enthusiasm at the RIMC Sports Facility. A dynamic march kicked off the event, followed by a thrilling lineup of track and field events including races, long jump, shot put, discus throw, and tug of war. The atmosphere was electric with cheers and unwavering team spirit.

The event showcased the pulse of team sports, with cricket, football, volleyball, and badminton matches capturing the attention of all. Intense matches and displays of strategy, coordination, and endurance defined the competition. From the raw strength of shot put to the finesse of badminton, each event was a vibrant display of skill and determination. As the sun set, Sportathlon 2025 stood as a resounding tribute to athletic excellence, camaraderie, and the indomitable spirit of the IMS Unison community.

Fresher’s Day 2024

Freshers’ Party at IMS Unison University warmly welcomes new students through a vibrant three-day celebration typically held in October. Organized by individual schools, the event features cultural performances, fun games, and a fashion show, culminating in the crowning of Mr. & Ms. Fresher along with other titles like Mr. & Ms. Spark. Designed to build camaraderie across batches, it allows freshers and seniors to bond, share memorable moments, and officially begin their university journey together.

Engage – The Annual Corporate Meet

IMS organizes Engage, its flagship annual networking event designed to promote meaningful interactions between students and both current and prospective recruiters. This event acts as a dynamic platform for industry leaders and the university. The Engage 2025 was held in Delhi at the India Habitat Centre attracted over 100 senior executives from various prestigious institutions. They also held a transformative panel discussion on Artificial Intelligence to further strengthen their ties with industry leaders.

National Study Tours

The University had paid keen attention to students’ professional skills and kept them abreast of current trends. Practical experiences play a crucial role in enhancing the understanding of the students in the field. Additionally, these tours provide an understanding of global work practices and the operations methodologies of multinational corporations. Some of these study tours were to places like Red FM Radio Station, Amar Ujala and Tupperware Production unit.

Alumni Meet 2024

The Alumni Meet 2024 held on 30 th November 2024 at IUU was an effort by the IUU alumni community. These events facilitate networking, support student placements, and offer internship opportunities through the active involvement of alumni leaders in various industries. The Alumni Meet is a significant event that plays a crucial role in fostering interactions between students and Alumni. The gathering featured a cocktail dinner and a captivating live performance by Prakriti, a nationally renowned band.

International Coffee Day

The School of Hospitality Management organized a Barista Workshop on 1st October 2024, in celebration of International Coffee Day. This hands-on workshop provided the participants an opportunity to learn the art of coffee-making, including brewing techniques, latte art, and the intricacies of crafting the perfect cup.

Pasta Workshop

It was a captivating experience for students, blending learning with hands-on practice in the art of pasta-making. Organized by the School of Hospitality Management and conducted by the Food Production Department in the Demo Kitchen.

Rashtraniti - National Youth Parliament Competition (8th Edition)

Rashtraniti, the National Youth Parliament Competition hosted by IUU’s School of Law, celebrated its 10th edition on April 11–12, 2025. This flagship event brings together students from across India to engage in simulated parliamentary sessions, committee discussions, and diplomatic debates on pressing national and global issues. Designed to cultivate leadership, critical thinking, and public speaking skills, the competition features multiple committees—such as All India Political Parties Meet, Stakeholder’s Meet, UNGA, and All India Press—each addressing relevant policy agendas. With a theme emphasizing informed dialogue over conflict, Rashtraniti empowers young minds to deliberate, decide, and drive change in a democratic spirit.

Movie Outing

Movie Outing 2024 at IMS Unison University offered students from the School of Hospitality Management a delightful off‑campus break, featuring a group trip to Centrio Mall followed by a screening of the film Devara at PVR. Held on a Saturday in September, the event welcomed both new and returning students, fostering community spirit and relaxation through shared entertainment. Designed as a recreational interlude amidst academic pursuits, the outing strengthened peer connections and added a refreshing social element to campus life.

Deeksharambh

Deeksharambh, the induction program at IMS Unison University, marks the formal beginning of academic life for new students. Held at the start of the academic session, it familiarizes freshers with the university’s ethos, academic environment, and campus facilities. Each school introduces its students to the curriculum, teaching methodology, and key faculty members, while student clubs present their activities and opportunities for involvement. The program also includes welcome addresses by university leadership, motivational talks, and workshops focused on personal growth and career readiness—helping students transition smoothly and confidently into university life.

Design your dreams

“Design Your Dream”, held on 14th September 2024 at IMS Unison University, was an engaging event where management students showcased visionary business ideas by designing their dream companies with innovative, people-centric HR policies. The activity encouraged practical application of theoretical concepts, focusing on inclusivity, modern organizational values, and future-ready workplaces.

With enthusiastic participation from 20 students, the event highlighted creativity and strategic thinking. Mr. Himanshu Bhatt, Ms. Sakshi Dhyani, Ms. Priyanshi Bisht, and Ms. Akriti Sinha were declared winners for their outstanding concepts and presentations.
